Gather these ingredients: 500g boneless chicken, 1 onion, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, ginger, green chilies, salt, pepper, and oil for frying.
Start by finely chopping the chicken into small pieces. You can also use a food processor for a smoother texture.
In a bowl, mix the chopped chicken with ginger-garlic paste, chopped onions, green chilies, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Take a small portion of the chicken mixture, shape it into flat, round cutlets, and dip them in beaten egg followed by bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the cutlets on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown and crispy.
Once crispy and golden, remove the cutlets from the pan and drain excess oil. Serve with your favorite dip, chutney, or sauce.
