Start your day with a wholesome breakfast! Learn how to make Egg Paratha, a perfect blend of crispy paratha and scrambled eggs for a hearty meal.

Wheat flour Eggs Onions Green chilies Cumin seeds Coriander Spices
Mix wheat flour, water, and a pinch of salt to form a smooth dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes before rolling out the parathas.
Heat a pan, scramble the eggs with chopped onions, green chilies, and spices. Cook until they're soft and fluffy, then set aside.
Roll the dough into small balls and flatten them into thin circles. The key is to make them even so they cook evenly!
Place the scrambled eggs in the center of the rolled paratha. Fold the edges, sealing the filling inside, and gently roll it out again.
Heat a tawa and cook the stuffed paratha on both sides, applying ghee and oil for that crispy golden finish.
Serve the hot Egg Paratha with yogurt, pickles, or chutney. Enjoy a delicious, nutritious breakfast that’s perfect for any time of day!
