Bread Slices Paneer Spices Butter Veggies
Crumble fresh paneer in a bowl, add chopped onions, green chilies, and spices. Mix well to create a flavorful filling.
Trim the edges of the bread slices. Flatten them with a rolling pin to make them easier to roll!
Take a generous amount of the paneer filling and spread it evenly over the flattened bread slices.
Carefully roll up the bread with the paneer filling inside, securing the edges with a little water.
Heat butter or oil in a pan. Fry the rolls until golden brown on all sides, achieving that perfect crispy texture.
