Get ready to try a scrumptious combination of Paneer Bhurji paired with crispy toast. The ideal comfort food for breakfast or dinner!

Start by toasting your bread slices in a toaster or on a pan. Keep them crispy for that perfect crunch.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté onions until golden. Add chopped tomatoes, green chili, and spices. Cook for a few minutes.
Crumble the paneer into the pan with the cooked masala. Mix it well and let it cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Season with salt and garam masala. Add fresh coriander leaves for garnish and give it a quick stir.
