Basmati rice Boiled eggs Onions sliced Tomato Ginger-garlic paste, Yogurt Ghee ,salt Spices : Biryani masala, turmeric, chili powder Mint, coriander
Boil eggs and peel them. Take a pan, add oil Add dry spices such salt, red chili, turmeric, Slit the peeled boiled eggs slightly and add them into the pan and fry
Boil basmati rice with salt and whole spices (like cardamom, cloves, bay leaf) until 70% cooked. Drain and keep aside.
Fry sliced onions until crispy and golden. Reserve some for garnishing. This adds sweet crunch to the biryani
Sauté ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, spices & yogurt. Add boiled eggs and coat well in the masala. Simmer for 5 mins
In a pot, layer egg masala, cooked rice, fried onions, mint & coriander. Repeat layers if needed. Drizzle with ghee.
Sprinkling biryani masala and Fresh coriander leave and ghee, lemon juice enhances the taste
Gently fluff and serve hot with raita or salad. Rich, aromatic, and satisfying your Egg Biryani is ready
