Learn how to make classic Rajma Rice a delicious combination of kidney beans in spicy gravy served with rice
Basmati rice Kidney beans Onion ,Tomato Curry leaves, Green chilies Ginger-garlic paste Spice powders: cumin, garam masala, chili powder Salt , oil Coriander leave
Soak rajma overnight. Pressure cook with salt until soft and tender. This is the base of your curry.

Once the oil is hot Sauté cumin, whole spices in ghee. add sliced onions, ginger garlic paste and sauté until the onions are translucent.
add tomato paste and sauté for about 5 minutes, until the tomatoes reduce and you can see the oil lining the masala.
add spice powders turmeric, garam masala, red chili powder, water and salt to taste.
Add the cooked kidney beans and stir to coat in the masala. Using a wooden spoon, gently mash the kidney beans for better texture.
Serve hot rajma curry over steamed rice. Pair with onions or curd for the ultimate comfort meal
