Learn to make flavorful South Indian style Tomato Rice a perfect one pot meal ready in minutes
Rice Onion Tomatoes Green chilies, Curry leaves, Red chilies Ginge ,Garlic Spice powders: Mustard seeds ,turmeric, chili powder, garam masala Salt , oil Coriander leaves
Heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and onions. Sauté until onions turn golden.
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, chili powder, and garam masala. Cook until tomatoes are soft and mushy
Add rice to the tomato mixture. Toss gently so the rice absorbs all the flavors evenly.
Serve hot with raita, chips, or papad. A quick and comforting meal for any time of the day
