 Discover how to make delicious Palak Pakoras (Spinach Fritters) at home  crispy on the outside, soft inside, and bursting with flavor 

Ingredients You’ll Need for Palak Pakoda Recipe 

Besan  Onion  Green chilies   Rise flour Ginger-garlic paste    Oil ,salt Spices powder: red chili , Ajwain  turmeric, coriander powder, baking soda 

 Clean & Chop Spinach 

 Wash spinach leaves thoroughly and chop them finely. This ensures even mixing and crispier pakoras.

 Mixing The Batter 

 Combine chopped spinach, gram flour, rise flour ,onions, green chilies, red chili powder, coriander carom seeds, salt, and a dash of water. Mix into a thick, sticky batter 

 Fry To Golden Perfection 

 Heat oil, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the pan, and fry on medium flame until golden brown and crunchy 

 Serve & Enjoy 

 Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup. Perfect for rainy days or tea time snacks. Enjoy the crunch
