Besan Onion Green chilies Rise flour Ginger-garlic paste Oil ,salt Spices powder: red chili , Ajwain turmeric, coriander powder, baking soda
Wash spinach leaves thoroughly and chop them finely. This ensures even mixing and crispier pakoras.
Combine chopped spinach, gram flour, rise flour ,onions, green chilies, red chili powder, coriander carom seeds, salt, and a dash of water. Mix into a thick, sticky batter
Heat oil, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the pan, and fry on medium flame until golden brown and crunchy
Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup. Perfect for rainy days or tea time snacks. Enjoy the crunch
