Try this nutritious twist on a festive classic! Ragi Chakli is a crunchy, wholesome snack made with finger millet flour.
Ragi flour Rice flour Besan Sesame seeds Ginger Spice powders : cumin, garam masala, red chili powder, coriander powder ,turmeric Salt and oil
Ragi flour, rice flour, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, red chili powder, salt, butter or ghee, mix is all well
Add water gradually and make a soft stiff dough.
Fill the dough into a chakli maker. Press and shape into spirals on parchment or a clean surface. Keep them uniform in size
Heat oil and fry the chaklis on medium heat until crisp and golden brown. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Ready To Serve
Store in an airtight container once cooled. Perfect for tea time snacking or festive munching healthy and delicious
