 Try this nutritious and delicious Palak Paneer Roll  packed with flavor and perfect for lunch, snacks, or tiffin 

 Ingredients You’ll Need for  Palak Paneer Roll   

Chakki atta Spinach  Paneer Onion  Green chili Ginger ,garlic Spice powders : turmeric ,cumin powder,  garam masala, red chili powder, coriander powder , salt and oil ,sugar coriander leaves

 Prepare Spinach Dough 

 Blanch spinach and blend into a puree. Mix with whole wheat flour, salt, and spices. Knead into a soft green dough and roll into rotis 

 Cook The Paneer Filling 

 Sauté onion, garlic, green chili, and spices. Add crumbled paneer and cook until well combined and flavorful. 

 Make The Palak Roti 

 Blanch spinach and blend into a puree. Mix with whole wheat flour, salt, and spices. Knead into a soft green dough and roll into rotis 

 Assemble The Roll 

 Place paneer filling on the palak roti, add some onions or chutney if desired, roll it tightly, and toast slightly for a crispy finish 

 Serve & Enjoy 

 Serve warm with mint chutney or ketchup. Healthy, protein rich, and perfect for on the go meals
