Looking for a gluten free, vrat friendly dish? Try this nutritious and flavorful Rajgira Thepla made with amaranth flour
Rajgira flour Boiled potatoes Sendha namak Green chili, Ginger ,cumin Salt , ghee Paneer Yogurt
Take the rajgira atta add potatoes, green chillies, ginger, paneer, salt, black pepper,coriander leaves. Mix everything gently with your fingertips to combine all the ingredients
Gradually add approximately ¼ cup water and knead a soft dough. Adjust the quantity of water if needed to make a soft dough.
Divide the dough in 7-8 equal parts and roll into a ball.
Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment or use a rolling pin with light hands. Keep it medium thick to avoid breaking
Heat a tawa, cook the thepla with ghee on both sides until golden spots appear. Crisp outside, soft inside
Perfect for Navratri or Ekadashi fasting. Serve with curd or peanut chutney and enjoy a wholesome, sattvic meal
