Soya chunks Basmati rice Onions Veggies Yogurt, Tomatoes Spices Mint & ghee.
Soak & Squeeze
Boil soya chunks till soft, rinse in cold water, squeeze and set aside.
soya chunks transfer them to a bowl thick yogurt and spices turmeric,teaspoon red chili powder, and salt.marinate for at least 30 minute
Press saute on Instant Pot .oil, then add whole spices cumin, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom ,bay leaf. Saute onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilies for a few seconds until fragrant.
Add chopped tomato, along with spices like turmeric, red chili, biryani masala , salt, and cook until tomatoes are soft and mushy.
Add the marinated soya chunks and Add 1 cup of rinsed basmati rice, 1.5 cups of water, and give a stir
pressure cooker close the lid. Cook for 2 whistles on medium flame.
Fluff gently and serve with cooling raita or fresh salad enjoy the goodness
