Sabudana Peanuts Potato Green chili Salt Oil Coriander
Soak sabudana in water for 4-5 hours or overnight until soft.
Using a stovetop pressure cooker, cook 2 medium potatoes in water for 2 to 3 whistles until they are tender.
Dry roast ¼ cup of raw peanuts in a pan on medium heat till they get brown spots
Combine the soaked sabudana, mashed potatoes, ground peanuts, green chili, red chili powder, ground cumin, lemon juice, salt, and sugar. Mix everything thoroughly by hand
Make small round vada shapes with your hands
Fry the patties in medium hot oil til they turn gloden brown
