 Try this vibrant and healthy Beetroot Aloo Tikki  a perfect snack that’s packed with flavor, crunch, and nutrients 

 Ingredients You’ll Need for  Beetroot Aloo Tikki   

Beetroot  Potatoes Green chili   Ginger  Spice powders : Cumin, Garam masala, Chaat  masala ,Red chili  Bread crumbs   Salt and oil  Coriander leaves

 Mix The Tikki Dough 

 Mash boiled potatoes and mix with grated beetroot, spices, green chili, and ginger. Add bread crumbs to bind the mixture 

 Shape The Tikkis 

 Take small portions of the mixture and shape into round, flat tikkis. Keep size even for uniform cooking 

 Prepare Coating 

 cutlets are shaped, press each one into the semolina/fine rava and coat both sides well.

 Cook Until Crispy 

 Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis until both sides are golden and crispy. Drain on tissue to remove excess oil.
