Beetroot Potatoes Green chili Ginger Spice powders : Cumin, Garam masala, Chaat masala ,Red chili Bread crumbs Salt and oil Coriander leaves
Mash boiled potatoes and mix with grated beetroot, spices, green chili, and ginger. Add bread crumbs to bind the mixture
Take small portions of the mixture and shape into round, flat tikkis. Keep size even for uniform cooking
