Start by soaking your chicken in buttermilk. This tenderizes the meat and helps the batter stick. Let it rest for 30 minutes
Mix flour, corn starch, and spices in a bowl. Dredge each piece of chicken in the mixture, ensuring an even coat for that irresistible crunch.
Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry the chicken in batches, cooking each piece for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
