Crispy Oats Chivda Low Cal, High Crunch Healthy Snacking

 Looking for a healthy munch option? Try this Oats Chivda   a crunchy, roasted trail mix made with oats and spices 

 Ingredients You’ll Need for  Oats Chivda  

Rolled oats  Peanuts  Chana dal  Green chili Curry leaves  mustard seeds  Spice powders : mustard seeds  ,cumin seed, hing, turmeric ,red chili powder Salt ,sugar and oil  Coriander leaves

 Roast The Oats 

 Dry roast rolled oats in a pan until crisp and slightly golden. Keep stirring to avoid burning. Set aside. 

 Prepare The Tadka  

   In oil, add mustard seeds, green chilies, curry leaves, peanuts, roasted chana. Sauté until crispy and aromatic and add spices

 Mix Everything Together 

 Add roasted oats to the tempering. Sprinkle turmeric and salt. Toss everything gently to coat oats with flavor. 

 Cool & Store 

 Let it cool completely before storing in an airtight container. A perfect tea time snack that’s healthy and homemade
