Rolled oats Peanuts Chana dal Green chili Curry leaves mustard seeds Spice powders : mustard seeds ,cumin seed, hing, turmeric ,red chili powder Salt ,sugar and oil Coriander leaves
Roast The Oats
Dry roast rolled oats in a pan until crisp and slightly golden. Keep stirring to avoid burning. Set aside.
In oil, add mustard seeds, green chilies, curry leaves, peanuts, roasted chana. Sauté until crispy and aromatic and add spices
Add roasted oats to the tempering. Sprinkle turmeric and salt. Toss everything gently to coat oats with flavor.
Let it cool completely before storing in an airtight container. A perfect tea time snack that’s healthy and homemade
