Dal Palak is a delicious, nutritious dish made with lentils and spinach. It’s the perfect combination of flavors and health benefits in one bowl.

Yellow moong dal Spinach Onions Tomatoes Ginger ,Garlic Green chili Spice : turmeric, red powder, garam masala, cumin, muster seed ,Ghee , salt
Wash 1 cup moong dal and 2 cups fresh spinach. Set them aside while you heat up the spices for the next step.
Add the washed dal to the pan along with 3-4 cups of water. Bring it to a boil and let it simmer until the dal is cooked through and soft.
Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and freshly grated ginger, garlic , and onoin Sauté until fragrant for a warm, flavorful aroma
Add the turmeric, red chili powder ,garm masala spices and stir to combine. Sauté for 1 more minute.
Add the chopped tomato, tomato paste, nutritional yeast, and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly, until the tomatoes are soft.

Once everything is well cooked, garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve your hearty Dal Palak with rice or roti for a complete, satisfying meal
