Discover how to make fluffy Bhature and spicy Chole in 10 easy steps

All purpose flour Warm water Dahi Baking Soda Sugar Semolina Oil , salt
Chickpeas Onion Tomato puree Garlic, ginger Whole spices: Bay leaf ,cinnamon , cardamom ,cloves Spices: Red chilli ,coriander ,cumin ,turmeric ,chole masala, garam masala ,kasuri methi , amchur powder Ghee , salt, coriander leaves
Soak the chickpeas with channa dal overnight in a large mixing bowl.
Cook until soft lid pressure cook for 2 whistles
Sauté chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, and tomatoes until soft.
Mix in turmeric, chili, chole masala ,garam masala,mango powder, salt
Add the chole to the pot of onion/tomato paste and add coriander,kasoori methi
Knead a soft dough and rest it for 3–4 hours to ferment.
Divide the dough in 8 equal parts. Make the dough balls. And cover them with a damp muslin cloth.Roll the bhatura in an oval or circle shape.
Deep fry until Bhature puff up and turn golden brown.
Serve hot Bhature with spicy Chole, onions, and tangy pickle!
