Golden, Crispy Moong  Samosa Perfect for Parties & Picnics

Looking for a unique twist on the classic samosa? Try this Moong Dal Samosa  crispy, spicy, and stuffed with protein  rich lentils! 

 Ingredients You’ll Need for  Moong Dal Samosa Recipe  

Moong dal  Maida  Green chili  Ginger  Spice powders : Hing, turmeric ,cumin, mango powder, garam masala,  carom seed , fennel seed,  red chili powder, coriander powder , Salt and oil  Coriander leaves

 Soak And Cook Dal 

 Soak moong dal in water for 1 hour.Boil water with salt and turmeric powder, add moong dal and boil it until tender but not mushy.

 Prepare Dal  Masala

  In a wok, add 3-4 tbsp oil with onions,green chilies Saute it for 1-2 minutes. Add in boiled dal ,salt,spices  coriander.

 Shape The Samosa

 Roll dough into ovals, cut in half, make cones, fill with moong dal stuffing, and seal edges tightly with water 

Fry To Golden Crisp
