 Learn how to make flavorful Palak (Spinach) Rice  quick, nutritious, and perfect for lunch or dinner 

Ingredients You’ll Need For Mushroom Biryani Recipe 

Basmati rice   Fresh spinach   Onion ,Tomato  Green chilies  Ginger garlic paste  Whole spices: cloves, cinnamon sticks, bay leaf, cumin seed  Turmeric ,cashew Salt , oil

 Blanch & Blend Spinach

 Blanch spinach leaves briefly, then blend with green chilies and garlic to make a smooth puree. 

 Sauté The Spices & Onion 

 Heat oil/ghee, sauté whole spices and onions , cashew till golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté.

 Mix In The Palak  

 Add the spinach puree and sauté for a minute 

 Add Rise

 Drain the rice and add it to the pan Add 3 cups of water along with salt to taste and 2 teaspoon lime juice and mix gently.

 Dum Cooking Time

 Serve Your Green Goodness 

 Serve hot with raita, papad, or pickle. A healthy, tasty meal in minutes
