In a bowl, mix handvo flour and plain yogurt. Add ½ cup water to .idli batter consistency. Cover and keep it aside for about 2-3
After the batter has rested for atleast couple of hours add red chilli powder, carom , cumin seeds, sugar, turmeric and fruit salt and mix.
Next add the grated carrot, bottle gourd, ginger, green chilli and coriander leaves.
Pour batter into a greased pan. Add tempering on top and cook covered on low flame or bake at 180°C until crisp and golden.
Cut into slices and enjoy with green chutney or ketchup. Crispy outside, soft inside perfect for breakfast or evening snacks
