Grab boneless, skinless chicken breasts, olive oil, garlic, lemon, thyme, and your favorite seasonings. Ready to cook?
Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and a squeeze of lemon. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add a bit of olive oil, making sure the pan is hot before placing the chicken.
