Make your snack time exciting with these crunchy and flavorful Poha Cutlets easy to prepare and loved by all ages

Poha Boiled potatoes Onion Green chilies Bread crumbs Green peas ,Carrot Salt , oil, lemon Curry leaves ,coriander Spice powders : garam masala, red chili ,Garam Masala, Chaat Masala, black pepper powder
Wash and soak poha for 3–4 minutes. Drain well and ensure it's soft but not mushy.
To the bowl of mashed potatoes, add Poha, all the vegetables, coriander leaves, salt, ginger, all speices like red chili ,chat masala sugar, and lime juice.
Mix all the ingredients until well combined.. Mix to form a smooth dough
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round or oval cutlets. Shape each portion into a round patty.
Dip each cutlet into a cornstarch slurry first.coat it evenly with breadcrumbs.
Fry To Golden Crisp
Shallow fry or air fry the cutlets on medium heat until both sides turn golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup. Perfect for tea-time, tiffins, or as a quick party snack
