 Craving something crispy and flavorful? This Moong Dal Kachori is a flaky, stuffed snack that’s perfect for festive or tea-time indulgence 

 Ingredients You’ll Need for  Moong Dal Kachori Recipe   

Moong dal  Maida ,flour Green chili  Ginger  Spice powders :  Hing, turmeric ,cumin, , garam masala,  carom seed , fennel seed,  red chili powder, coriander powder , salt and oil ,ghee coriander leaves

 Soak & Prep Moong Dal 

 Soak moong dal for 2–3 hours. Drain and coarsely grind. 

 Make The Dough 

 Mix flour, salt, and ghee. Add water gradually to form a stiff dough. Cover and rest for 20–30 minutes.

 Prepare The Tadka  

 In oil, add mustard seeds, green chilies, curry leaves, peanuts, and roasted chana. Sauté until crispy and aromatic. 

 Fill & Shape The Kachoris 

 Roll small dough balls, place filling in the center, and seal edges carefully. Flatten gently with hands 

 Fry Until Golden 

 Fry kachoris on medium-low heat until golden brown and puffed up. Don’t rush  slow frying ensures crispiness. 

 Serve & Enjoy 

 Serve hot with tamarind or green chutney. Crispy outside, spicy inside  a snack worth every bite
