Try this lip smacking Sweet Potato Chaat a perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and tangy flavors that’s ideal for snacking or fasting days
Sweet potatoes Lemon juice Green chutney Tamarind chutney Chickpeas Ginger Pomegranate Spice powders : red chili powder ,chaat masala black salt and oil coriander leaves
Boil sweet potatoes until soft. Peel and chop into bite sized cubes this forms the base of your chaat
Dry roast the peanuts over medium low heat until they turn golden brown and become crunchy.
Add the cubed sweet potatoes and all the spices chaat masala, red chili powder, black salt, and regular salt in a wide bowl.
Add dry roasted peanuts, onion, chickpeas and cilantro and tamarind chutneys
Top with fresh coriander, a squeeze of lemon juice, and optional pomegranate seeds for extra zing and color
