Ingredients you’ll need for Palak Chicken

Gather chicken, fresh spinach, onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, spices, and cream to create this mouth-watering dish.

Step 1: Prepare the Spinach Puree

 Blanch fresh spinach leaves in hot water for 2-3 minutes, then blend them into a smooth puree to keep the color and flavor intact.

Step 2: Marinate the Chicken

Marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, and spices. Let it sit for 30 minutes for maximum flavor absorption.

Step 3: Sautéing Onions and Tomatoes

In a pan, sauté onions and tomatoes until soft. Add ginger, garlic, and green chilies for an aromatic base that will complement the chicken.
