You’ll need chicken breasts, fresh broccoli, olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and your favorite seasonings. Simple ingredients, maximum flavor!
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Set it aside.
In the same pan, add a bit more olive oil and sauté the broccoli until tender-crisp. Add garlic and stir for an extra boost of flavor.
Slice the chicken and return it to the pan with broccoli. Add soy sauce and a squeeze of lemon juice. Stir everything together until well-coated.
Plate the chicken and broccoli, and serve it as is or over rice. A healthy, savory, and satisfying meal that's ready in minutes!
