Try this nutritious and delicious Palak Paneer Roll packed with flavor and perfect for lunch, snacks, or tiffin
Chakki atta Spinach Paneer Onion Green chili Ginger ,garlic Spice powders : turmeric ,cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, coriander powder , salt and oil ,sugar coriander leaves
Blanch spinach and blend into a puree. Mix with whole wheat flour, salt, and spices. Knead into a soft green dough and roll into rotis
Sauté onion, garlic, green chili, and spices. Add crumbled paneer and cook until well combined and flavorful.
