Rice Toor dal Onion ,Tomato Curry leaves, Red chilies ,Garlic Mixed vegetables : carrot, beans, drumstick Spice powders: samber masala ,Mustard seeds Tamarind Salt , oil
Wash and pressure cook toor dal and rice together until soft. Set aside for mixing later.
in a pan add a tbsp of oil then add all the veggies and smaber powder then add required water and salt. cover and cook on medium heat
nce the veggies are completely cooked add tamarind wate Cover and Cook for 5 more mins on medium flame.
After 5 mins transfer the veggies to cooked rice mix well. Cover and cook for 5 mins on low flame
Temper mustard seeds, cumin, red chillies amd curry leaves with a tbsp of oil.
Add tempering to the rice then add corriander leaves and tsp of ghee
Serve Hot & Enjoy
Serve hot with papad, pickle, or ghee on top. A perfect meal for any time of day!
