Ingredients You'll Need For  Matar Paratha 

Whole wheat flour Fresh green peas Green chilies Ginger Cumin seeds Garam masala Salt and oil

Prepare the Stuffing

Mash boiled green peas with finely chopped ginger, green chilies, cumin, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to create the flavorful filling.

Make the Dough

Mix whole wheat flour with a pinch of salt and water to form a smooth dough. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes for soft parathas.

Stuff and Roll

Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a small disc, place a spoonful of the matar mixture in the center, and seal it. Roll it out gently to form a flatbread.

Cooking the Matar Paratha

Heat a tawa (griddle) and cook the paratha on medium heat, applying oil or ghee on both sides until golden and crispy.

Serve with Side Dishes
