Ingredients

  • 2 Medium-sized raw mangoes
  • 1 Cup Sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Black salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • Mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes
  • Water

Instructions

Prepare the Raw Mangoes

  • Wash the raw mangoes thoroughly under running water. Boil water in a saucepan. Once the water comes to a boil, add the washed mangoes to it. Let the mangoes cook for about 15-20 minutes or until they become soft and tender.

Cool and Extract Pulp

  • Once the mangoes are cooked, remove them from the water and let them cool down. Once cooled, peel off the skin and extract the pulp from the mangoes. Discard the seeds.

Blend the Ingredients

  • In a blender, add the mango pulp, sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and black pepper powder. Blend everything together until you get a smooth mixture

Adjust Consistency

  • Adjusting Consistency: You can change how thick or thin your Aam Panna is based on what you like. Just add water slowly and keep blending until it's how you want it.

Chill and Serve

  • Transfer the blended mixture to a pitcher. Refrigerate the Aam Panna for at least 1-2 hours to chill it thoroughly. Before serving, add ice cubes to the glasses. Pour the chilled Aam Panna into the glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for added freshness
