  • 1/8 tsp Ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Strong brewed chai tea,cooled to room temperature
  • 1/4 Cup Rum or coffee liqueur (optional)
  • 1 pack Ladyfinger biscuits orsponge cake
  • Cocoa powder or grated chocolate, for dusting

      1. Brew Chai Tea:

      • Prepare a strong chai teausing your favorite chai tea bags or loose tea leaves. Let it cool to roomtemperature.

      2. Add Spices:

      • In a small bowl, mixtogether ground cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and black pepper. Add thisspice mixture to the cooled chai tea and stir well to combine. Set aside.

      Preparing the Mascarpone Cream:

        3. Whip Mascarpone Mixture:

        • In a large mixing bowl,combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.Use an electric mixer or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment to whipuntil smooth and creamy. Start on low speed and gradually increase to medium-highuntil stiff peaks form.

        Assembling the Tiramisu:

          • Dip each ladyfinger biscuitor sponge cake slice briefly into the chai tea mixture, ensuring it is soakedbut not overly saturated. Arrange a single layer of soaked biscuits at thebottom of a serving dish (a square baking dish or individual serving glasses).
