  • 2 Cups Cooked and cooled jasmine rice
  • 3 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 Cup Mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, and diced bell peppers)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 3 Green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    1. Prep Ingredients:

    • Ensure that the jasmine rice is cooked and cooled beforehand.
    • Beat the eggs and chop the mixed vegetables and green onions.

    2. Heat the Pan:

    • Place a wok or large pan over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.

    3. Scramble the Eggs:

    • Pour the beaten eggs into the heated pan. Allow them to scramble, breaking them into small pieces.

    4. Add Vegetables:

    • Add the mixed vegetables to the pan. Stir-fry until they are tender yet still crisp.

    5. Stir in Rice:

    • Add the cooked and cooled jasmine rice to the pan. Toss and stir to combine with the eggs and vegetables.

    6. Season with Sauces:

    • Pour soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the rice. Mix well to evenly coat the ingredients.

    7. Season with Salt and Pepper:

    • Season the Egg Fried Rice with salt and pepper according to your taste preference.

    8. Finish with Green Onions:

    • Add chopped green onions to the pan. Stir to incorporate, reserving some for garnish.

    Serve Hot:
