Ingredients:
- 4 Boiled eggs
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 Green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 Cup Green peas (optional)
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Cooking oil
2. Prepare the Masala:
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies to the pan. Sauté for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
4. Spice it Up:
Now, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt to the pan. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes.
