Ingredients

  • 2 Sheets of Puff Pastry (Store-bought or Homemade)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Finely Chopped Onions
  • 1 Cup Finely Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Finely Chopped Bell Peppers (Optional)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter (For Brushing)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Thaw puff pastry sheets, preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Filling

  • Sauté onions, add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, green chilies.
    Scramble eggs, mix with veggies, and add spices. Cook for 2-3 mins.

Roll Pastry

  • Roll out puff pastry sheets, cut into squares.

Assemble

  • Spoon egg mixture onto pastry squares. Fold, seal edges to create triangles or rectangles.

Bake

  • Bake at 375°F for 15-20 mins until golden brown.

Serve

  • Cool briefly, serve warm as a delightful snack.
