Ingredients

  • 6 Hard Boiled Eggs, Peeled and Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Celery
  • 2 Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Iceberg Lettuce Leaves, Washed and Patted dry
  • Optional - Avocado Slices, Cherry Tomatoes for Garnish

Instructions

Prepare Eggs

  • Boil eggs for 10-12 mins, cool, peel, and chop

Make Egg Salad

  • Mix chopped eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.

Prepare Lettuce Wraps

  • Wash and dry iceberg lettuce leaves

Assemble

  • Spoon egg salad onto lettuce leaves. Add optional toppings

Wrap and Serve

  • Fold lettuce around the filling. Secure with toothpicks if needed. Serve immediately.

Garnish

  • For an added touch, garnish the platter with additional avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, or a sprinkle of chopped green onions
