In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled paneer, mashed potatoes, cornflour, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth dough-like mixture. If the mixture is too dry, add a little water. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into round koftas. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, fry the koftas until they turn golden brown Remove and drain excess oil on a paper towel. Set aside.
