For Dough:
- 1 Cup Rice flour
- 1/2 Cup Water
For Filling:
- 1 Cup Grated coconut
- 1/2 Cup Grated jaggery
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine grated coconut, grated jaggery, and cardamom powder. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly combined. This will be your sweet filling for the Pitha.
Serve
Once cooked, remove the Pitha from the cooking medium and allow them to cool slightly.Serve the Pitha warm or at room temperature as a delightful sweet treat for festivals or special occasions.
