Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Boiled Chicpeas
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 Cucumber finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Boiled and Mashed Potatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Green Chilli finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/2 tbsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Tamarin Chutney

Instructions

  • Prepare Chicpeas- Mix boiled chickpeas,
    chopped onion, tomato,
    cucumber, mashed potatoes,
    coriander leaves, green chili,
    chaat masala, roasted cumin
    powder, and salt.
  • Paratha Dough- Knead whole wheat
    flour with water. Divide the dough
    into equal portions and roll
    them into small balls
  • Paratha Rolling - Roll the dough ball
    into flat and round paratha,
    cook the paratha on pan with ghee or oil.
    cook paratha until both side are
    golden brown
  • Assemble Paratha Rolls-
    Put the chana chaat mixture
    in the center of paratha and add
    tamaraind chutney over the chana chaat
  • Roll and Serve -
    Roll the parathas around the
    mixture of chana chaat to make
    paratha rolls and serve in a plate and
    enjoy the health chana chaat paratha rolls
