एक पैन में मध्यम आंच पर तेल गरम करें। राई डालें और और उन्हें फूटने दें। फिर इसमें जीरा डालें और कुछ सेकेंड तक खुशबू आने तक भून लें। पैन में कटा हुआ प्याज, हरी मिर्च, कटा हुआ लहसुन और कद्दूकस किया हुआ अदरक डाल दें। तब तक भूनें जब तक प्याज पारदर्शी न हो जाए।
